A survey of the roles of the case manager in human services and rehabilitation. Emphasizes the various psychological, employment, and physical assessments, and the steps to supporting quality of life for Deaf/HOH individuals using an holistic approach to address individuals’ emotional-behavioral, physical, financial/employment, spiritual, and gender identity/sexuality concerns.
