MPA714 Public Strategic Planning & Performance
Prepares students to design and lead public and nonprofit strategic planning that is evidence-based and implementation-focused. Topics include items such as strategy cycles; stakeholder mapping and engagement; mission, vision, and values; logic models and theories of change; goal/OKR and KPI design; performance management and dashboards; budget and resource alignment; risk and scenario planning; change management; and transparent public communication (including accessible, bilingual formats). Students produce a strategy package that links goals to measurable outcomes, budgets, and operations.
